With over 18 years of experience in real estate operations and leadership, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and heart to the Eastern Edge Group. Her career with Keller Williams began in 2008 as the Market Center Administrator (akin to a CFO) for the Portsmouth, NH office. Her skill and dedication were soon recognized by Keller Williams Realty International, which invited her to serve as an “MCAngel,” mentoring and supporting nearly 60 Market Centers across South Florida and the Northwest Regions.
In 2015, Michelle transitioned to the agent side of the business, serving as Director of Operations for two of Maine and New Hampshire’s top-producing real estate teams; each consistently closing between 150 and 250 transactions annually. Known for her strategic thinking, people-first leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence, she has played a key role in helping teams grow and thrive.
In 2025, while supporting her youngest daughter through a courageous battle with brain cancer, Michelle chose to refocus on balance, family, and purpose. She joined forces with Zach Eaton to launch the Eastern Edge Group: A team built on integrity, care, and community.
Outside of real estate, Michelle enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their five kids, hiking in the White Mountains, and staying active in her home gym.
